Abstract submission is open to all Wayne State University graduate and medical students pursuing a Master’s, PhD, or MD/PhD degree in any STEM field until Friday, December 8th 2023.

Guidelines:

• Use the form at the link to the left to submit your abstract via email to gsrpd@wayne.edu. Email subject line should read: "Your name - GSRPD 2023 Abstract Submission"

• Abstract body should be no more than 250 words. Word counts exceeding this limit will not be considered.

• Please indicate presentation type preference:

  • Oral

  • Poster

• If selected for an Oral Presentation, participants will be notified by January 5th, 2023. Abstracts not selected for oral presentation will be considered for a poster presentation.

• Individuals may submit only one abstract for consideration as the first author and permitted to present. There is no limit to the number of times an individual may appear as a co-author on other abstracts

• If you assembled a graduate committee, please list your PI/faculty advisor in the "Committee Members" section of the submission form. This section helps us limit any conflicts of interest when assigning judges to presentations.
